I've posted a photo like this before but I just wanted to remind you that it's normal for your stomach to get bigger after large meals and that our bodies don't look the same throughout the day! Eating can help prevent this problem in the future.

Consuming any drink with a straw especially carbonated drinks can also fill your stomach with extra air and swollen abdomen thereon.
Avoiding dairy products can help relieve abdominal swelling caused by lactose intolerance.
They are, however, more common in African-Americans.
