Aside from her empathic powers, Bloom like all fairies and witches can sense different magic trails but on a much stronger level as she is able to bypass cloaking spells along with being of very few beings in the entire magic universe capable of sensing across other magic dimensions.
Her skirt is hot pink with layered ruffles.
On the skirt is also second part of pink star.
Sailor Bloom wears a light blue top with blue trim off the shoulder with rope rehanging off and white and blue striped ruffles on the end and a blue and white striped ruffle skirt with a gold belt and red ribbon.
She accessorizes with a navy blue cap that has pink beads and a pink flower along the rim, two pink beaded-necklaces with a gem on the end of one, a pink thick-bracelet, navy blue over-the-knee socks, and light blue ankle socks.
She wears pink striped gloves and leggings of the same pattern on her thighs.
